I am a versatile writer and editor with more than 15 years of experience working for diverse nonprofit organizations and universities. I craft crisp, engaging prose that makes complex ideas accessible to a broad audience. My specialties include writing for the web, substantive editing and proofreading. I enjoy interviewing people, finding out what matters most to them, and sharing their stories with others. I am also passionate about research, and like to dig into a topic and distill my findings so that others can benefit and learn from my efforts.

When I'm not writing, you can find me running on the Bluemont Junction Trail or whipping up something healthy in my kitchen.
